Pastor Tony, a native of Lynchburg, South Carolina, is the founder and senior pastor of Impact Church International. He holds a Master’s degree in Music from Florida State University and a Ph.D. in Religion from Liberty University. A proud veteran of the U.S. Military, he was medically retired after years of dedicated service, an experience that deepened his faith and resilience.

Pastor Tony is blessed with his loving wife, Vickie Tippitt-Mitchell, and their blended family, including his son, Jaquan, and grandsons—Josiah, Eli, and Gabriel. His passion for ministry, teaching, and community outreach reflects his commitment to helping others fulfill their God-given purpose.

Lady Vickie, a proud native of Fort Worth, Texas, serves faithfully alongside her husband, Pastor Tony, at Impact Church International in Las Vegas, NV. With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a strong background in leadership, she is dedicated to fostering growth, connection, and empowerment within the community.

Passionate about bridging the divide between the church and the community, Lady Vickie actively works to create meaningful opportunities for engagement, outreach, and support. Whether through ministry, mentorship, or her incredible culinary skills, she uses every opportunity to bring people together and strengthen relationships. Her love for cooking extends beyond the kitchen, serving as a tool for fellowship and unity. With a heart for service and a vision for impact, she continues to inspire and uplift those around her, ensuring that the love of God reaches beyond the church walls and into the hearts of the community.

Pastor Tony is deeply grateful for the love and support of his devoted wife, Vickie Tippitt-Mitchell, who stands by his side in both life and ministry. Together, they share a beautiful blended family that brings them immense joy and fulfillment. His son, Jaquan, holds a special place in his heart, and their family is further enriched by the presence of their beloved grandsons—Josiah, Eli, and Gabriel. Each member of their family is a precious gift, and Pastor Tony cherishes the bond they share, rooted in love, faith, and a commitment to one another.

Assistant Pastor Terrill is a passionate leader dedicated to teaching, discipleship, and empowering believers. Working alongside Pastor Tony, he helps drive the church’s vision, fostering spiritual growth and accountability. Known for his dynamic preaching and mentorship, he inspires others to live a Christ-centered life. His servant leadership and heart for ministry continue to impact the congregation and the Kingdom.

Deirdre Paul – Public Relations Manager

Deirdre serves as the Public Relations Manager at Impact Church International, where she plays a key role in managing the church’s outreach and communication efforts. In addition to her leadership in PR, she is a dedicated member of the praise team, using her musical gifts to uplift the congregation in worship. Deirdre is also the wife of Pastor Terrill, standing alongside him in ministry and service to the church community.
